Exodus Family Ministries is honored to introduce our two newest board members: Andrew Gonzales and Tom Jacks.
Tom has been involved with Exodus for nearly four years and was instrumental in launching our food pantry and Bible studies. He is a supervisor at Samtec and operates a guest-favorite Airbnb in New Albany with his wife. He looks to Matthew 22:36-40 as his inspiration for serving on the board. He feels that God has blessed him with a desire to help others and appreciates how Exodus has many like-minded, faithful servants.
Andrew is the chief operating officer for Thrive HR Inc. and brings with him more than 20 years of ministry experience and six years of missions work, including time in the Middle East. He is passionate about connecting refugees and the unsheltered to churches. He also enjoys helping churches and nonprofits with human resources recruitment and strategic planning/implementation, which will be helpful to the board as they work to update the organization’s strategic plan later this summer. (If you have ideas you’d like the ministry to consider, please reach out to executive director Shane Schlatter.)
