Please join us in welcoming Kim Hilpp as our newly hired operations manager. Kim has been an active volunteer and board member since October 2023, so many of you will recognize her smiling face. She will oversee the daily operations of our programs, along with the team leads in each area.
Exodus Executive Director Shane Schlatter said, “Kim will be a tremendous addition to our team and mission at Exodus Family Ministries. She has already proven herself as a dedicated board member who has volunteered in every aspect of the ministry. Her leadership and organizational skills, along with her heart for the Southwest Louisville community, make her a great fit for the position.”
Kim says, “I’m so excited and grateful to be joining such an amazing and talented team at Exodus. These guys and gals are truly awesome at what they do. I can’t wait to help in any way, shape, or form that I can.”
